Hi, I’m Alicia, a Registered Psychologist and Clinical Psychology Registrar based in Toowoomba. I am also an ANZAED Credentialed Eating Disorder Clinician - Mental Health (CEDC-MH).
I am dedicated to creating a warm, safe, and supportive environment where you feel comfortable exploring your experiences, reflecting openly, and working towards meaningful change.
I take a client-centred, trauma-informed approach to therapy grounded in evidence-based practice. I believe therapy should feel collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to your individual experiences, needs, and goals. My aim is to support you in navigating life’s challenges, strengthening resilience, and building a life that feels aligned with what matters most to you.
Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with children, adolescents, adults, and families across a range of settings, including community mental health services, non-government organisations, specialist eating disorder services, inpatient and outpatient hospital services, research programs, and private practice.
I have experience supporting people with a range of concerns, including anxiety, mood disorders, trauma and post-traumatic stress, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), and eating disorders.
I see therapy as a collaborative process. Together, we will work to better understand your experiences, build upon your existing strengths, and move towards your therapeutic goals in a way that feels meaningful, achievable, and sustainable.
